Your Seniors SAFETY is a Priority

Keeping participants safe in group fitness classes is our primary objective. The focus on safety is important to class design, equipment use, room setup, modification choices, and in all of the components of the workout.

Safety elements consist of monitoring fitness levels of participants, adjusting movements for individuals with prior injuries, proper attire for seniors, temperature of the room, safe placement of equipment, and safe exercise selection.

Our Seniors Health Is ALWAYS Top Priority.

We understand the fear and concerns regarding cold & flu season to include Covid-19 and other illnesses.

That’s why we are dedicated to keeping our seniors healthy and safe. Our instructors will NEVER host class if they are feeling ill or think they may have come into contact with someone who was recently ill.

Our instructors will wear a mask when they believe themselves or others to be ill.
